<description>&#60;p&#62;@Ms.Badger:  have you found a nanny yet? I think one big question for the older child would be what the nanny sees as a good schedule for after school. Will the nanny help the child with their homework, what will they do after/before homework? Will she help with dinner? What are her plans with the 4 year old when the 4 year old isn't in preschool? And of course, check references.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My BIL and SIL are looking for a nanny for their 4 year old and 7 year old.  My SIL has some serious health concerns so this individual will be helping her (SAHM) care for them.  The 7 yo is in 1st grade and the 4 yo is in preschool for a few hours a few days.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I offered to help them find a nanny.  I read Mrs.Bee's post with general nanny questions, and have interviewed them for my infant, but wondered if any of you had insightful questions for nanny interviews for older children.
