She lives in Tahoe and it’s supposed to be 15 degrees tonight. My dad is driving around looking for him and she’s staying in case he shows up. He’s microchipped but they live in the edge of a busy highway. I’ve never had dogs so I have no idea what to do. Any quick ideas for getting him home safe?
