Sort of related, it sounds like your cycles have changed recently and you weren't on hormonal birth control. Your OPKs should tell you what day to start. My cycles were usually 29-30 days and I believe I started taking it on day 13, with a positive on day 14. </p> <p>Is this your first month taking them?
