Frozen breastmilk, if used within 24 hours (if completely thawed) is safe. He left it out in the cooler bag with the ice pack all day. The bag of milk was still 80% frozen this morning.<br /> And when I pulled it out of the cooler bag just now it was still cold.</p> <p>Is it OK to still give to M tomorrow??? </p>
