I felt safer bringing it with me rather than checking it. Ive never had any carried on that leaked. It actually would probably leak less in the cabin than down below. </p> <p>But with your hands full with the kids, you may not want an extra bag. Flying today with infant and toddler and I'm bringing about 40oz of breastmilk with me- is it easier to put it in a cooler with ice in a checked bag or carry it on? I won't need any of it until I get to my destination. Is it safe to check it in carry on bag or will air pressure cause it to leak or something?? </p>
