Ok thanks ladies! I think I'm going to carry it on, I'd rather be on the safe side!

I brought 100oz as a carry on..no problems with pressure or anything like that. I felt safer bringing it with me rather than checking it. I got some questions from security because I wasn't traveling with DD so there was some confusion as to if I was allowed bringing that much liquid on board without an accompanying baby, but I had printed out the TSA rules ahead of time so I knew I was allowed.

Its totally safe to carry it on and it doesn't count towards your carry on counts (let them know its medical liquids). Ive never had any carried on that leaked. It actually would probably leak less in the cabin than down below.

But with your hands full with the kids, you may not want an extra bag. You certainly can check it but it may be tossed around and if it gets lost or delayed it would be ruined.

Quick question! Flying today with infant and toddler and I'm bringing about 40oz of breastmilk with me- is it easier to put it in a cooler with ice in a checked bag or carry it on? I won't need any of it until I get to my destination. Is it safe to check it in carry on bag or will air pressure cause it to leak or something??
