This is like that doll test but with doctors :(</p> <p>Our current pediatrician in the practice we go to now is awesome. At our last location our initial doctor left and we hated her replacement. She was out handling an emergency for one of our appointments and a black woman doctor (Doc McStuffins!) came in and we loved her. The report noted a recent study about racial bias in pediatric care specifically pain management.
