Went to a cardio doc because it got so bad. He did ekg, echo and monitor and all was good. He said that during pregnancy you have so much fluids that your heart works harder. Said I would see it go away mostly during 2nd trimester and possibly return 3rd trimester. Which is exactly what has happened for me. Mine seems to be worse when I lay on my left side. For sure let your doctor know. Scared the day lights out of me. I think it was because I had been rushing around all day and then finally sat down. It was hours after I had been shopping and came out of nowhere! I think it's pretty normal.
