As long as it's not a hurricane outside, we're in it. Just got DD a new pair of rain boots for this very reason.🙊</p> <p>She's been up to her shins in puddles and absolutely loving it. We've gone on "umbrella walks" and made paper boats and sent them down the stream in our road. </p> <p>When it's really coming down, we're obviously inside. We've done a lot of art projects, recently. Yesterday, I cut out rabbit silhouettes from paper plates, and DD painted and glued cotton ball tails on them. </p> <p>Otherwise, we've played town with her Calico Critter sets, made a horse stable out of an old box for her ponies, pulled her train tracks into the living room, and set up a playdoh grocery store. </p> <p>A long, afternoon bath is a great time waster. We'll bake dessert, together, which DH certainly appreciates.
