I think I've felt something similar and it really freaked me out at first! After asking my doctor at my last appt and paying more attention to what's happening, I think it might be the baby's but or head pushing out in one area. It doesn't feel like a kick - more of a pressing in one area. I was worried it was contractions at first, but its definitely not my whole uterus that feels pressure. I'm 29 weeks so maybe we are feeling the same thing? Mine isn't so much painful, but more uncomfortable - like there's a lot of pressure in that area.

Yup, I definitely remember the vagina twinges. ;) Any chance abdomen pain can be gas?

I'm having something similar but it's only in my central lower section of my abdomen. Changing spots does sound like baby kicks.

Fierce baby kicks? Doing some cat cow on hands and knees every evening might help get baby in a better position so it happens less.

So, I just reached 27 weeks, and for the last week or so I have been having random abdominal and/or vaginal pains. They don't seem at all like Braxton Hicks contractions or round ligament pain, based on what I've read.

The pain is noticeable but not overwhelming, lasts for 30-60 seconds, is confined to one (random) spot, and limited to about a space about the size of a half-dollar or so. It happens about 2-4 times a day. One time it semi-woke me up from sleeping.

Did anyone else experience this? Is it maybe just baby getting bigger and being more forceful than I'm used to? Like he's pushing hard into one specific spot? I sense a lot of baby movement, but it doesn't seem linked.
