Fever went up to 102.4, but has dropped! I put a cool cloth on her head and neck, shared a coconut milk ice cream bar with her and gave her a lukewarm bath. Just put her down for the night. (Decided to hold off on the meds).<br /> I still don't know what caused the fever, but just happy she's not feverish anymore!<br /> @Mrs. Bee: She didn't have any other symptoms. Her on call doctor called in an antibiotic rx for her, but when they went to the dr on monday, the baby checked out totally fine as far as other symptoms, sher still only had the high fever. My friend just continued to give her tylenol to keep the fever down. The baby finally felt better yesterday. Poor thing. The dr said it was probably a virus of some sort. But I don't know. I'm sure it's different for every kid.
