It wasn't sciatica as it didn't shoot down my leg. It hurt the worst when I sat back. I put a heating pad on it or more like leaned back on the heating pad for about 15 minutes or so until the pian went away. My OB said it was safe as its not near the baby. Sometimes I couldn't even lie down as the pain would get worse. Probably the worst kind of pain next to crotch pain I had with that pregnancy. It was just the way the baby was in my belly. Probably putting a lot of pressure on my spine and I only gained 20 lbs (7 lb 13 oz baby). I haven't done anything like walking up and down a bunch of stairs, or anything out of the ordinary. Is it just the growing weight hurting me as I sit down all day? </p>
