The regular chest vests do not cover your neck which is where a lot of sensitive organs are like lymph nodes and your thyroid. No need to expose them to unnecessary radiation. I always gag when they try to do x-rays at the dentist. Today the hygenist asked me if I would like to try putting some salt on my tongue. She poured some salt from a packet onto my tongue. 4 x-rays. 4 salt applications. No gagging. What?? Where has this been all of my life? If you are a gagger, I would totally suggest trying this the next time you need x-rays at the dentist. </p>
