Its a bunch of tiny red bumps. It doesnt seem to bother her until diaper change time, then its scream bloody murder. Could it be a yeast diaper rash that has gone all the way down to her feet? She has eaten tomatoes the last couple of days which has made her bum a little raw before but nothing like this. </p>
