It smelled a bit off but sometimes plain yogurt has that "good bacteria" smell, so I took a tiny taste and blech, it was definitely off. I spit it out and rinsed my mouth. I should be ok right? It was sealed and looked, smelled, and tasted fine, but still stupid, especially when I had some nice, normal yogurt in the house. :sad: </p> <p>How freaked out should I be right now? Realistically, I think the risk of listeriosis from yogurt is very low. Anyone want to chastise or reassure me? :meh: </p> <p>(FYI: I'm 25weeks pregnant.) </p>
