It's possible!! I noticed a dip in my supply around 8-months and started drinking a TON of water, ate fenugreek and milk thistle, drank mother's milk tea, and added a pumping session... and it went back up again.

You can definitely re-establish your supply! I took a hit at 6 months and 8 months and both times i was able to increase it again. Not by a whole lot, but definitely enough to keep exclusively feeding breastmilk. Definitely drink tons of water, eat oatmeal every morning and pump/feed as much as possible. I also woke up in the middle of the night to pump (which my LO slept) and got tons of extra milk + increased supply.

I noticed a dip in my supply at 6 months also, and I started pumping after each feeding, and pumping for a few minutes even after the flow of milk stopped. I also took fenugreek for a few weeks. I did notice an increase in supply, but it wasn't huge. I've been able to maintain it so far a month later.

Absolutely! I actually increased my supply at 9 months old. I did a lot of Mother's Milk Tea and he co-sleeps with me. I also pumped after nursing and made sure to nurse all weekend long (as if he was having growth spurt). We are now at 18 months old and still going very strong.

It's alot easier now at 6 mths than early on because your body will go off of the prolactin triggers you laid from all that on demand feeding in the beginning.

I would have a couple cups of mmt & up your water intake, maybe even add some night feedings (DD always dream feeds better these days)

You should see some change in a couple days. :)

LO is a little over 6 months and I have been noticing a recent dip in my supply lately =( Is it possible to re-establish supply if i start pumping more or is it too late?
