<description>&#60;p&#62;I say re-freeze. I know you're not supposed to thaw, and then refreeze uncooked meat (from what my dad told me growing up) but we re-freeze cooked food all the time.

&#60;p&#62;but if I buy a bag of frozen peas, cook and puree them for LO, can I then re-freeze in 1 oz portions? or can you only re-freeze freshly cooked vegetables?
