My LO was a MESS for four days after her shots. I thought they ruined her. But, she's all better now!

Of course the second I post this, he just nursed for 15 minutes each side...

@MamaMoose: plenty of wet and dirty dipes.
@Mrsbells: he did get the tDap as well.
@plantains: I think I will for peace of mind. This is not typical of him at all.

My daughter had diarrhea from rotavirus. Started a week after. They had us come in to check for dehydration, as she got a little drowsy one day. It was pretty mild though, lasted about a week and then she was fine again.

The Rotovirus vaccine gave my DD an upset tummy for sure. She was cranly, nursed less, fussy and had watery stools. It passed after about 24hrs but I would call at this point, it has been a while.

@maybebaby: Which other vaccines did he get? because if he got the Dtap, that can cause babies to not feel well

How is his output? If he's still not eating well tomorrow I would definitely call your doc. A week is a long time to go without eating well.

J got the oral vaccine on Monday along with the other standard 2 month vaccines. Since then he has been a super fussy nurser and I feel like he has nursed so little the poor thing must be starving! I have pumped and offered the bottle, but he's only taken 1-2oz out of the bottle per day, so it seems he is just not interested in eating at all. Anyone else have a crankier than usual poor eater following this vaccine? Is this cause for concern?
