We only took out what was needed at a time, so that I didn't have to look at all the needles at once. After a few days, it got much easier to deal with, both mentally and physically. The box really is huge when it arrives, I know! We actually didn't end up needing everything in our box though. And the mixing process is a pain, but you'll get it down fast. After a few days, we were all done with 3 shots in 5-10 minutes.</p> <p>If you find the needles painful, I highly encourage you to ice the spot before and after injection. I did that for the trigger shot, which is the biggest needle and largest amount of liquid, and I literally didn't feel it at all! Seeing them in a white styrofoam cooler box glaring at me!?!?!? I mean cut a girl some slack will. you. please. We chose this route. We are lucky to have this opportunity to have a healthy child. I don't want to come off as being ungrateful etc.. but COME ON I mean COME ON.</p> <p>It feels like so. much. for 12 days. And the size of some of these needles, like SERIOUSLY.
