Some staples in our house:

http://allrecipes.com/recipe/229099/breaded-parmesan-ranch-chicken/ - serve with roasted veggies (green beans, carrots, peppers, squash, zucchini, potatoes) and rice

grilled chicken: http://www.jessdukes.com/grilled-honey-mustard-chicken/ with these roasted potatoes: http://www.jessdukes.com/new-blog-16/

We do tacos a lot (beef or chicken) no recipe just throw them together quickly

Turkey burgers http://www.jessdukes.com/turkeyburgers/

I actually do a lot of the recipes from the links above, I loosely follow 21 DF and enjoy this site for recipes. You can modify as you need, I skipped the ones I think that didn't fit the allergies.

My kids LOVE salmon. Its easy to just throw on a sheet pan and bake at like 450 for about 15 minutes. Do some rice on the stove and frozen veggies steamed in the microwave. I think they always liked the salmon because it was easy to chew!

I slather a pork tenderloin with mustard and then sprinkle some seasoning mix on top. Then I toss a bag of frozen green beans with olive oil and garlic powder and S&P. I dump the green beans on a sheet pan, place the pork on top, and cook at 400 for 30-35 minutes. On a second sheet I often bake sweet potatoes. I slice them skin on into half moons like 1/2 inch thick and toss them in coconut oil (soooo good). They usually cook by the time the pork is done. Or you can just cook quinoa or a grain.

You can do the same thing with boneless skinless chicken thighs and just about any veggie. You can do shrimp and broccoli but at a higher temp like 450 for 15 minutes.

Damn Delicious has a lot of sheet pan meals that are really easy in that way.

Italian and Mexican meals seem like they would work well in general.

My husband makes a version of this which is amazing and freezes really well. (I'm not sure what recipe he uses but it involves chickpeas and this one does not.)

http://www.food.com/recipe/moroccan-chicken-stew-crock-pot-275573

We usually eat it over quinoa instead of couscous.

Also love omelets for dinner--my husband hates brinner, but it's so fast and good. I make omelets with butter, zucchini, mozz, fresh basil, and bacon or sausage on the side when I'm on a health kick. No carbs!

Santa Fe Chicken--I made this so much our crock pot actually smells like it, irreparably. It's so easy and yummy. The toppings make it! Sour cream, shredded cheddar, scallions--avocado (for you) :)

Also it's not super health, but spaghetti carbonara is fast and delicious for weeknight meals.

Pork tenderloin over chunks of sweet potato, apples and onion in the crockpot. Season the meat with whatever spices you like (garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, etc) and mash up the potatoes and shred the pork over top.

Normally DH & I cook for ourselves separately due to preferences & restrictions. Now that LO is 14m, we want to do more family-style dinners. I'm cooking 2x a week and he is cooking 2x a week. I need ideas that accommodate DH's allergies. I'm looking for specific recipes that I can print out and put in a binder. I'm open to "brinner" ideas as well (breakfast for dinner). We have a crockpot but no instant pot.

He is allergic to lettuce, mushrooms, peanuts, tree nuts, bananas, and melons. He does not like avocado or sauces.

Have a favorite recipe that fits those parameters? Ready, set, go.... ;)
