Line a pan with foil, bake at 450 for 45 min or so maybe. It's not a real "recipe" (just how my mom makes it) but basically brown the chicken in a pot, add chopped onion, garlic and a can of crushed tomatoes and simmer approx 45 min. I add a splash of balsamic at the end but you can also use red wine.
