I was expecting gravy, but it came out soupy. Just drained and served. I'm getting a bunch next time I go there and that will be even easier than noodles. (And I'm pretty picky about mashed potatoes and dislike most instant). Add in 2 cans of mushrooms (or you could use fresh mushrooms), a can of cream of mushroom soup, and a pack of onion soup mix. Dump that all on top of stewing beef, cook on low for 8 hours.
