We have a regular fitted from her &amp; LOVE IT! Most heavy wetter moms have been able to get away with NO cover with the SBT even, and they've been the best fitting fitted we've found for P. They are a great fit, hold up well over time, etc. I like the Tots Bots already came with a snap in insert and I never needed anything extra. So, for night, I use those two inserts AND add one of those white tri-fold cloth diaper/burp cloths that people generally just buy to use as burp cloths.
