It didn't affect my supply. I have it just over a year. Got it removed like July 8, got my real period around July 27, pregnant the next cycle with no problems. Had it pre-baby and just got mine post-baby. Getting it in postpartum was less uncomfortable than my flu shot it was kind of amazing.
