I used it for a long time and it stayed put all day. I use E.L.F. liquid liner right now just because it works nicely and it's only $1 but if I rub my eyes more than 2-3 times, it definitely starts to come off. It doesn't look smudged, just flakes off. I end up looking like a raccoon a couple of hours after wearing an eyeliner. I have used urban decay 24/7 and it smudges. I'm currently using revlon colorstay creme gel liner and it doesn't smudge, but don't love it. Goes on so well and doesn't smudge. Yeah, washing the brush is a pain.
