While I recovered from the Kiss My Face deodorant I used some AXE that I bought my husband on accident. (deodorant only, not antiperspirant which is why he won't use it). I like it and it works and doesn't give me a rash but would like to avoid parabens on my underarms if at all possible :( </p> <p>Booo!</p> <p>ETA: the axe deodorant stick I've been using doesn't even contain parabens. And doesn't break me out and only has 8 ingredients. Trying to decide if I should keep this up a few more days. This is my 2nd full day. I don't have any odor and I'm not a big sweater. The only problmw is my underarms are red and itchy. No bumps. It's the worst right when I apply and then goes away. Part of me thinks it is chafing because once it "dries" my underarms feel kind of sticky ? Should I give it a few days to see if it improves ? (I've had this for as long as I can remember) Always sweating under my arms. Anyway, I just googled it after seeing this thread, and that particular deodorant is one of the highest in aluminum concentration. </p> <p>Does anyone here know of any natural ways to actually stop excessive sweating? I don't see how I can do so, without the use of aluminum, which ultimately blocks the sweat glands. It's embarrassing and humiliating and just plain gross! It causes red flaky, itchy skin so that might be bothering you.
