<description>&#60;p&#62;Have you ever done yoga?  If so, are you familiar with the vinyasa sequence?  If not, basically you start in plank, then lower almost to the ground and push back up into cobra, then push back into downward dog.  From DD, you can lower down into plank and start again.  I do A LOT of these, holding each plank for as long as I can and adding in more push-ups... it's a fantastic arm/ab/leg workout + stretching in one.
