I have suuuper sensitive skin, and have really struggled with makeup for a long time. Any regular mascara makes my eyelids puffy - like can't open my eyes allergic reaction puffy.

Two solutions:

1) New type of mascara : there are a few different brands that work like this, but basically instead of 'paint' the mascara creates tubes around your eyelashes. I have used both of these brands and like them both.
Clinique: https://www.sephora.com/product/lash-power-mascara-long-wearing-formula-P206900?om_mmc%3Appc-GG_1533944608_60212794284_297728697344_2085231_291191670138_9002576_c,country_switch:us,lang:en&ds_rl=1261471&gclid=Cj0KCQiA7IDiBRCLARIsABIPohiANer4fMZsKEJiqzBT1eHcTj8CJcQPf3if_rxWlw-Al06IvcozyiEaAjN4EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
Blinc: https://www.sephora.com/product/mascara-amplified-P377750

2) My eye doctor recommended a specific wash for my eyelids. Every evening I remove my makeup with micellar water (only remover I can use!) and every morning in the shower I use this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004AIBFQG/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I don't use eyeliner, so I can't be of help there. But I did find the mascara by having a Sephora mini-makeover. So don't be shy about asking them for advice, the makeup artists really know their stuff!

Estée Lauder ( navy tube gold top). No smudge, no flake , easy off with warm water. No irritation. It’s my everyday. I use Chanel when I need more drama but it takes makeup remover to get that shit off and I don’t have time for that.

Laura mercier caviar stick shadows.

The end.

Have you tried Alima Pure? A lot of people with eye allergies, sensitive skin around the eyes, etc swear by them.

I have pretty sensitive eyes (I really notice it with eye creams) and I love diorshow mascara. I think the key is that mine never smudges - it just stays out of my eyes period. Plus I love how it looks! I’m no help on liner unfortunately.

My eyes have become super sensitive this winter and I think it may be due to my mascara and eye liner. I wear minimal makeup(mostly on my eyes), yet by the end of the day, my eyes are tired and super bloodshot. I regularly use moisture drops, but I’m looking for recommendations for mascara and eyeliner. Thanks!!!
