Many people think the Baby Jogger City Mini is a jogger because of its brand name (or suspension system as pp mentioned), but the wheels on it are too small to be considered a jogger. I agree that the Indie is probably the best pick, and one of the lightest that fits your criteria. It's a little pricey, but if you do really intend to jog as well as use it as an everyday stroller, you should spend the money.
