We've had it serviced several times, pieces have broken, and it still doesn't blend well. We make smoothies almost every morning and it has held up great over 2+ years (I think it comes with a 7 year warranty). I can "fix" it by replacing the jar but it's going to cost $80. Considering its age I feel like it makes more sense to just buy a new one. I'm thinking about the Breville Twist because Canadian Tire has it on sale for $100, but I'm open to alternatives. I basically only use it for smoothies and soup. Recommendations? Dire warnings? Hit me! </p>
