It isn't too thick, but it brightens eyes, and at least I *think* I can see some lift :P<br /> I am in Canada, so pricing is hard for me to describe, but it might be around $50 in the states. It's a balm so best to use at night but I also pull it off during the day under makeup, it just takes a little skill to smooth it out under concealer.
