Most amazing thing ever. I can proof bread in it, I can have two things cooking at different temperatures (there's a smaller bottom oven that also serves as a warming drawer), I can keep the temperature a solid 170F for holding food to be ready-to-eat if I'm done before my actual family is ready to eat... Yeah. I have been madly in love since we bought it six years ago. We're getting gas hooked up to the house soon and need to pick out a new gas stove/oven. (I'm less picky about the oven being gas vs. electric but the stove is a must). </p> <p>I do cook a lot, but I also don't feel the need to splurge and get a super high-end appliance. Budget-minded but solid quality would be perfect. Thanks. </p>
