Worked great for our son. We also double-diapered for a while because he was drinking way too much water before bed when he was sick. After trying several different things, this seems to work best for LO. He gets the benefit of the disposable at night (he gets rashy if we use CDs at night), and the prefold absorbs any pee that might leak out.
