It gets good gas mileage and has been really reliable. I have a 2009 with about 100,000 miles. I've only needed new tires and brakes. It's a 2011 and we paid right around $15k for it with 34,000 miles on it. All we've done in the year we've had it is oil changes and replace one tire when I ran over a bottle. We own our Jetta and our second car is always a lease - don't have to worry about wear and tear and maintenance. The value of the car is now around $6k and to pass inspection it needs about another $2k of work. So, DH is considering getting a new car. He doesn't need anything fancy, it will be a commuter car. The main requirements are 4 doors and we'd like to spend around $20 - $25k. Recommendations?? </p>
