<description>&#60;p&#62;We make menestra de frijoles a lot at home, it's a really common side dish in Ecuador. We serve it with rice on the side--similar to a red beans &#38;amp; rice kinda thing. This recipe is pretty close to how we make it:&#60;br /&#62;
