His doctor basically said it was chapped. Although I wasn't sure how it was chapped. It healed after about a month but his belly button has stayed slightly pink/red. </p> <p>Now it is extremely red but has no other symptoms. Pediatrician told me to just wait until his 6 month appointment next month since it doesn't seem to be urgent. Any one else have experience with this?
