Based on my estimated conception date (based on a later ultrasound) I had bleeding that started at 9 DPO and lasted maybe 3 or 4 days. I actually thought it was my period. So..I obviously didn't realize I was actually pregnant until I missed my period the next month, so no help on when I would have been able to see a + on the pregnancy test..
