I was going to write the same as Red. Do you notice flare ups after eating or long naps with the pacifier, to rule out one or the other?

It can also be an oral allergy to something that she's eating (or something you're eating if you are breastfeeding) in which case it would appear after feedings.

If it is a drool rash, you just need to create a moisture barrier so that the wetness doesn't touch her skin. Aquaphor is good for that cause it's really thick.

Hi mommies,

I was wondering if any of your LO had recurrent redness on the cheek area right beside the corner of the mouth. My daughter has had these since 4 months (she's now 7.5 months). I think it's due to her drooling/pacifier and the constant moisture around the area. Do you know what i can use to help get rid of these red marks? I've tried vit e oint, Calendula baby cream, hydrocortisone in minimal amount, and vaseline.
