Ummm, I thought it was a good thing to keep your personal life out of your work? Haha. But for some people, I think informality with their nanny helps them feel closer &amp; more comfortable. So sharing weekend plans and writing unprofessional resumes might suit some people. I've had people request them first, but I've just explained my reason for wanting to wait and people have understood. Since they aren't an office phone at a company, they are someone's private info, I think they should be shared sparingly. On a lot of websites that nanny jobs are posted on there is no way to varify the family hiring isn't some pyscho killer and is in fact a family hiring a nanny, so I hold on to mine until we've met &amp; I'm interested in the job.
