Once you go back to work, he'll get used to a schedule and routine, so that might help sleep a bit too. Honestly, we didn't really work on that LO until he started daycare. Four months is just a guideline, but I think it can hit anywhere from 3-5 months. I think she was past the worst of it after about three weeks. We definitely didn't go through another round of super crappy sleep at four months. Plus side, you're getting it out of the way early. DS just turned 3 months old. He used to sleep one long stretch of 4-6 hours, then get up every 1.5-2 hours. For the last two weeks, he has gotten up every 1.5-2 hours. The long stretch is gone! He's EBF, but my supply is fine. He's gaining great with lots of wet and dirty dipes.</p> <p>Anybody have any idea what's going on? Do I just have the crappiest sleeper of all times? I feel like I'm slowly losing the will to live here. </p>
