I'm really sorry for your loss. I had super wonky periods even before all of my miscarriages. After the first miscarriage, it seemed to finally regulate my cycles. It took about 6 weeks to get my period after my first D&C. After I had LO, my periods returned to normal again, and then after my next D&C, I bled for 8 weeks straight. So I knew something was up. I had a whole bunch of scarring in my uterus and it caused my next miscarriage too.

When I first came off the pill, my first cycle was 84 days. My doc wouldn't even see me until I hit 90 days. I was never so happy when I finally got my period. Hoping that your period comes soon, and you're able to TTC a healthy pregnancy.

I think everyone is different. My period returned 32 days after my d&c but my hcg levels hovered until about 6 weeks post d&c. It finally zeroed out right before I ovulated in that first post d&c cycle. I think there is a large range of normal and your body is probably trying to regulate all those hormone levels. Hope you don’t have to wait too much longer.

My cycle returned 5-6 weeks after my D&C. I'm not sure when my HCG dropped to zero (I didn't have it tested/take pregnancy tests).

Sorry for your loss :crying: I think it was about six weeks for me after our MMC. No meds required but I was still passing bits of tissue for a week or so after the d&c, including a large piece that was sizeable around 3w mark I think. Once cycle came back it all swung back to normal quickly. They don’t measure hcg here so I was just sent away to recover & start trying after waiting one cycle. It’s a super shitty time so don’t feel bad if you feel crummy

It took 40 days for me to get mine. I'm on my second cycle and actively TTC and on CD16.

6 weeks for me post d&c. I would definitely call to ask about it, I think that’s still inside the normal range but I could still get a faint pos hpt when AF arrived so it took longer to fall for me.

ETA despite still having Hcg in my system it was pretty clear I ovulated around 4w post d&c so I knew when to expect AF.

After your period returned post M/C, specifically if you had a D&C, did it return to a normal cycle? How long did it take? Did you have to take any medication to stimulate a cycle?
I’m 7 weeks post D&C and 4 weeks since my HCG dropped to zero (for those who saw my post this week, it was apparently a false positive as I have gotten several negative HPT since Wednesday 😢)and I’m anxious to start TTC again. But still no period. Calling Dr. in morning but would love to know your experience.

Thanks!
