That's the most effective in our case. </p> https://boards.hellobee.com/topic/relief-for-baby-eczema#post-1798920 Tue, 05 Aug 2014 10:32:32 +0000 edelweiss 1798920@https://boards.hellobee.com/ <p>sounds like you guys are using good products already. for LO's minor eczema, aveeno eczema cream did the trick. however when it got worse, i used vanicream all over, and for spot treatments i have tried lansinoh lanolin, md moms silk eczema cream (felt nice but i don't think it was thick enough, also $$), metaderm (this was okay but seemed better as an overall cream, also it was $$ so i didn't buy again), and triple cream (made by the triple paste folks). i can't say that anything was a sure thing. Just take any kind of plain oatmeal and put it in a sock or a stocking and let it sit in the bath water. It was BAAAAD. Then we used aquaphor at night (i hated it, honestly) and cetaphil once it was clear.
