I had walking pneumonia (mycoplasma) while pregnant with DD2...in the end, my doctor and OB agreed it was best for me (and safe for the baby) to take antibiotics (I believe she gave me a zpack). Obviously that's more of a last resort, but just so you don't suffer unnecessarily if things get bad!
