Spread some on the effected areas 2 minutes before the bath and then rinse it off. This doesn't seem to be working right now and her scalp is red and raw this morning from all the scratching of it she did last night ... really did a number on herself. Does anyone know what else I can use on her scalp? I would prefer products that have safe ingredients. Thanks. </p>
