It was so much more comfortable. I didn't notice a huge pumping difference though, honestly. It is a million times more comfortable than the PIS. I get a *tiny* bit more from the Symphony, but nothing crazy. Its so nice not to have to lug a pump back and forth. I just bring a PackIt cooler with my bottles, tubing, flanges, and connectors. </p> <p>The one caveat - you have to buy the special tubing with caps for the Symphony, and the kit is about $69. If you used both (or had a regular electric pump and rented a hospital grade), what was the difference for you in terms of comfort and output. Is it worth it to not have to lug a pump to and from work? </p>
