I'm considering it but I want to try to get money back but if i'm paying someone else to tag and I get no return... what's the point? </p> <p>I have tried posting locally to twin moms and hoping that they come to my house and look through everything I own and I sell them stuff on a package deal. </p> <p>At this point, getting it out of my house is probably my motivation to get rid of stuff.</p> <p>If I wanted to make the most amount of money, I would probably join lots of BST groups and list that way. I enjoy the sorting/washing/tagging, so it isn't a chore. I also sell some on ebay. For cheaper stuff that is still in good condition, I just send it all in to thredup (online consignment shop, they don't give you much at all, but it's really easy). I save most things. I consign things mostly that were gifts or I did not care for. Then I buy bigger ticket items like her cozy coupe or PBK anywhere chair with the credit. The place I consign through only gives you like 60% of your sales so I'm not sure it's worth all of the work to do again. The place I consign through only takes clothes in good/great condition. I did LO's 4T summer clothes. </p> <p>What I found to be more successful was to sell directly to friends/acquaintances. I priced things super cheap (basically what I would get at consignment - 60% of the sale price - or even cheaper). I generally priced things and only sorted by size. My friends went through and picked out the things they wanted. I only sell things in great/excellent condition. If it's not then it's in a stack for friends to take for free and I donate whatever is left. If it's crummy looking, I just ditch it. If it's still in good condition after we are done with it (e.g., only one kid wore it, etc), I usually either donate to a friend or goodwill.
