Sitting certain ways is still very uncomfortable, but the discomfort is in my core/ribs. It's getting better now that my core is getting stronger.

I fractured my tailbone during delivery and it definitely aches after sitting for too long. Compared to how it was in the first two months PP though, I can't really complain!

Eight months postpartum and I'm just getting rid of the neurological issues, primarily numbness and tingling up and down my legs and feet - they never figured out what it was, despite bouncing around many specialists.

My wrists still are weak, but I broke them both prior to being pregnant - so they were already finicky.

I found a lot of relief with ART with my chiro. I still have major lower back pain, thanks to shitty core muscles. Slowly, very slowly improving at 4 months PP

I still have weak wrists, too! I had to start wearing wraps after E and could never go without

DS is 2.5 and I still have carpal tunnel which started while I was pregnant with him. Oddly enough i didn't have it when breastfeeding but once I weaned it came back. And I'm certain it's not job related BC i had it over summer breaks when I wasn't working.

Do you have any residual pain from pregnancy/birth? How many months/years postpartum are you and what kind of symptoms are you still dealing with?

I still have sciatica issues, and it has been especially bad the last few weeks. It has been about a year since I delivered. Just kind of wondering if anyone can relate and if you eventually found relief.
