<description>&#60;p&#62;I've had issues with anxiety and depression since I was a teenager. Learning to just accept that sometimes I have bad days, and that's okay, has done more to help me than anything else. DH is very understanding too, thankfully. If he comes home and I (as a housewife) haven't managed to do more than shower and maybe do a load of laundry, he doesn't complain. He knows I sometimes need to just not do anything because I'm not up for it, and that I'll be more likely to be better tomorrow if I don't try to force myself to be &#34;normal&#34; today.

&#60;p&#62;It reminded me a lot of how some of us have discussed &#34;respecting the funk&#34; (feeling your feelings and not burying them). and I appreciate the assurance that it's ok to be sad sometimes. &#60;/p&#62;
