Ive never been to a retirement party so I don't have many ideas though.... so far I'm thinking beach theme because we live on the beach so I know my mom wants to spend lots of time relaxing there, or something like "life is sweet " because she loves chocolate. Plus she loves to read so I could do a book theme.</p> <p>As for a gift ... maybe a beach themed gift basket with a new swim suit, sun hat, cover up, book, towel, etc.</p> <p>Any other ideas? I feel like normally I'm good with parties, but I'm kind of lost with this one. </p>
