<description>&#60;p&#62;I have only returned one thing on Amazon, but it was from a 3rd party vendor and I had to pay to ship it back. It was a rug and after I got it, I realized the size was too small even though I had measured in the room. The vendor was going to make me pay for return shipping AND charge me a 15% restocking fee, but I got out of that thankfully because i ordered the larger size from him. That policy kind of made me mad, but I really did want the larger size so it ended up being a win-win. It wasn't too expensive to mail back either and I didn't have to pay for shipping the items to me.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@bluestriped bee: Nope, I only had 2 options to pick from either ship and bring it to a UPS drop off locaion, or schedule a UPS pick up (and pay another $6 on top of the $9) so I just chose the drop off option. I wish I was able to choose shipping it via USPS though. You're right, it probably would have been a lot cheaper. Oh well, though. At least I will be getting some of my money back!

<description>&#60;p&#62;@MrsBrewer:  Yeah, that is pretty steep.  Was there and option to self ship, like through USPS instead of UPS? You can probably ship it cheaper through the post office. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I just got a packing slip and label through them (it was their fault) and they gave me different options to return. If I used UPS, I wouldn't have to pay anything.  If I shipped through USPS, they would credit me back 5 bucks. I think I can ship it for less than that since the item was delivered smashed into tiny pieces and I can find a small box.

Basically I bought some puppy training pads for him, and we bought a smaller sample bag and found out we don't need them (he just shreds them to pieces, won't pee on them!) So I want to return the 150 count box we bought of them.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Well when I go to print the label, it's saying $9.15 will be deducted from my refund because it wasn't a result of their error.&#60;/p&#62;
