Last time I went on maternity leave with LO 1, they took my office away (after 13 years) and I had to share an office with someone. While I was out on maternity leave, I brought my kids into the office so my coworkers can see them. While I was there, I was told by a couple of people that my boss told 2 of my coworkers and the person that was filling in for me while I was on maternity leave that she thinks that that person's quality and speed of work is better than mine. So many emotions have been running through me since I've heard what was said. Mostly, I'm furious that a superior would say something like this (I can understand if it was a coworker... but this person is a manager!) How do I hold my head up high when I return to work knowing this is what's been said about my character? Has this happened to anyone? How should I handle this? </p>
